Insurance

I am not on any insurance panels and I do not accept insurance.

Your insurance may be able to reimburse you for the services rendered with Bounce Mental Health. Please check with your insurance company to find out how or I am happy to help guide you on this process.

Note: Not all insurance plans or providers reimburse out-of-network providers. Clients remain responsible for all fees incurred regardless of their provider’s policies or practices.

Good faith estimate

A new law was instated in 2022 that requires all health care providers (including psychotherapy) to give an estimate of expected charges if that individual is a self-pay client or uninsured (not utilizing insurance for this service). As a self- pay individual, you have a right to a good faith estimate, which shows the pricing of services before receiving care or at any point in your treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
