Seller Policies
General
Dates & Times
Refer to the Sale Schedule page for important seller deadlines.
Standard Drop Off
Sellers should bring all of their items to the sale location on Friday from 12 - 5
Sellers will check in, tag large items, and then place items in the appropriate locations (Sale Map).
Volunteers working on Friday are welcome to set their items out before or after their shifts.
Early Drop Off
Busy on Friday? Choose optional Thursday night drop off before the sale. Your items will be placed by volunteers. There is a $15 fee for this option.
Unsold Item Bins
Sellers must leave enough plastic totes or bins to contain all of their unsold items. Bins should be labeled with your seller number and left in the Bin Room (Sale Map). Volunteers will begin sorting your items at the end of the sale.
Unsold Item Pick Up
Unsold items must be picked up promptly after the sale (Sale Schedule). Please check out with the Seller Specialist before leaving with your items.
If another seller will be picking up your items, please notify the sale committee with that seller’s name and phone number upon check in.
Selling SAFETY POLICIES
BCKS strives to offer only safe items to shoppers. Please review these policies.
Recalled Item Policy
BCKS does not allow the sale of recalled items.
It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that items have not been recalled and that they meet current safety standards. Please check here for a list of the latest recalls.
Recalled items that have been adjusted per manufacturer specifications to realign with safety standards will be accepted.
Car Seat Policy
Car seats must have at least 1 year from expiration date.
The car seat must not have been in an accident.
The car seat must not have been recalled.
All car seats must have a car seat checklist form attached to each car seat. Download Here or See all forms.
All car seat labels must be intact and legible.
All essential parts must be included.
The instruction manual must be provided, either physically with the seat or as a link or QR code to a copy online.
Bottles and Feeding Gear Policy
All bottles, sippy cups, and feeding gear (plates, cups, plastic silverware) must be BPA free.
Lost & Found
Look for Lost & Found and Missing Tags near the unsold bin pick-up area at the northwest corner of the church (Sale Map). Items remaining after the sale will be donated.
SELLER FEES
Non-Membership Fee
For non-members of Boulder County Parents of Twins and Multiples, a $10 fee will be required for each sale regardless of the number of items entered. This fee will be deducted from the proceeds of your sale. Members of BCPTM support the sale through their annual membership dues.
Sale Facility Fee
Additionally, all Sellers pay a $10 fee to cover usage of the sale facility and equipment for the sale.
DONATIONS
BCPTM does not organize donations of unsold items, however we strive to partner with a local charity so you can select the items you'd like to donate. Unsold items left at BCKS are donated by BCPTM to a donation sponsor.
