Description

Now that you have identified and defined a single problem, question or issue facing Boston or your immediate community, you now have the opportunity to create real change. Given the scenario that you can apply for a $15,000 grant to make a change, you will complete a grant application to submit to the City of Boston.

Please include:

• A concise description of the problem, otherwise known as the problem statement (up to 250 words). Use Root Cause Analysis guides linked below to guide you.
• A simple, SMALL, feasible plan to help solve the problem (up to 500 words)
• A brief description of the anticipated impact this money will have on addressing the problem (up to 100 words)
• A budget imagining how you could implement this small change for $15k or less. Use one of the budget templates found below to guide you.
