Prepare to Test

• If you require specific scenarios to be prepared in UAT, like eForm transactions or absence approvals, please email bais@boston.gov with the details.

How to Access the Test Environment

• Confirm that you can log into HCM UAT:  https://pshruat.bais.boston.gov

  1. • 1. • • If you have logged into UAT before, but don’t remember your password, you can use “forgot password” to reset it.

            • If this is your first time logging into the test environment, you may need to register and set up multi-factor authentication.  

• If connecting outside of City Hall, you will need to be logged into VPN*

*Please note that we recommend testing on-site to avoid any connectivity issues.
