The BAIS team only accepts requests from staff in the Core Business Departments (CBDs).
The BAIS team only accepts requests from staff in the Core Business Departments (CBDs).
CBDs are defined as the departments that create policies and practices that guide the configuration and use of BAIS. The People Operations Cabinet includes the Office of Human Resources, Health Benefits & Insurance, and Workers Compensation. The Finance Cabinet includes Auditing, Treasury, Budget Management, and Purchasing.
The BAIS team does not accept requests via phone, or email.

End users need to contact the People Operations Cabinet or the Finance Cabinet for initial support. The Core Business Department staff in those Cabinets will escalate to BAIS when necessary.
