Hello bulldogs!! I am Cecelia Rutherford. I was born and raised right here in Bossier City. I graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2018 and taught in Houston for three years. In 2021 I married my best friend, Nate and moved back home. We have a daughter, Caroline, and a dog, Gabbie. In my free time I love shopping and spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking. We also love traveling to the mountains, and got to spend a week in Colorado this summer - it was heaven! A fun fact about me is that I have seen the entire series "The Office" over 30 times!
