We are in a challenging time. We need to stay calm, and utilize only science based knowledge. As educators we can set an example and help those around us avoid undue panic.
Try to think in terms of day to day. We will benefit exponentially if we begin basic containment procedures. Simple things like avoiding large crowds, maintaining proper hygiene, and striving to stay healthy in mind and body.
WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY AND KEEP THEM AWAY FROM YOUR FACE.
Since this is a droplet spread virus, social distancing; maintaining 3 to 6 feet away from others is recommended.

Any parent or guardian who wishes to pick up medication they have for their child in the nurse's office may do so today. If you wish to leave it at school, there is no need to notify me. It will remain locked up in the event of a temporary closure. Please notify me via email or phone call at BHS (ext 4005) if you wish to pick it up.
