Student has Tested Positive

If your child test positive for COVID, please do the following:

• Notify the school the students attends

• Keep your child home from school until all of the following are true:

1.  The student has been free of fever for at least 24 hours without medication, and

2.  Symptoms have improved (if symptomatic) or are mild

Note: The Los Angeles Department of Public Health recommends that all persons testing positive for COVID-19 wear a mask while in public settings for 10 days from the day of the test or from the day that symptoms began, whichever happened first
