Long waiting time at the restaurant

Sometimes you might encounter a situation when the preparation time in your app and the app on the restaurant's tablet is different. That can happen in situations when the restaurant is prolonging the time that is needed for preparing the order but, actually, the order is being prepared faster. The system understands these actions and automatically searches for a courier at the appointed time. In many situations, it is very necessary for the restaurant to prolong the preparation time. In such cases, if the order is delayed, you will receive compensation for the time you wait at the restaurant. Compensation will be applied automatically and it is NOT necessary to notify the customer support team.

An example of such situation:


  • You have arrived at the restaurant and it is time to receive the order, but the restaurant has not yet indicated that the order is ready and, in reality, it is actually not ready.

  • For the first 15 minutes of waiting, you will receive €0.75, and for each following minute, you will receive €0.05.

  • You must be at or near the restaurant.

  • You should click Arrived only once you have arrived at the restaurant.

  • If the waiting time is 15 minutes or more, compensation will be automatically added and you will receive it with your weekly payout.
