Weekly payouts
The payout cycle runs from Monday 00:00 till Sunday 23:59. You will receive the payout once per week. Usually, the payout is transferred to your bank account in 1–2 business days, depending on your bank. Also, a report will be sent to your email that is linked to your account, in which you will be able to see detailed information about all your deliveries and earnings.
Below are explanations of the elements of the report.
Invoiced to client- the amount clients have paid for deliveries.
Marketplace fee– the amount Bolt Food paid for deliveries.
Cash to Partner - the amount you paid to restaurants.
Cash from Client - the cash amount you received from clients.
Compensations:
Delivery compensation (if applicable) – the amount you received in form of compensation. If the bag deposit has been applied, the amount can be negative.
Waiting compensation – the amount you received as compensation for the long waiting time at the restaurant.
Weekly payout – the amount you will receive in your bank account. It can also be negative if you have received more money in cash than you earned for deliveries.
