Late December 2022 - Notification of Acceptances

Notifications of acceptance or decline will be sent in late December 2022. Registration details will be available around this time as well.

February 1, 2023 - Deadline to Accept

For accepted papers and panels, the deadline to confirm your attendance, whether virtual or in person, will be February 1, 2023 to provide time to prepare a schedule and program for the conference. If you are unable to meet this deadline due to any uncertainties, please contact Dr. VanderStouwe for details and information.

Early-mid February 2023 - Preliminary Program Available

March 9-11, 2023 - CONFERENCE
