Cost: $ 20 per student

Age Group: Swimmers must compete as at their Age on the Day of the event. Sub-Junior 11 years and under / Junior 12-13 years / Intermediate 14-15 years / Senior 16-18 years

Format: Division 1- is for Club competitive swimmers and times achieved here can be used for qualifying.

Entries for Division 1 can be done by swimmers directly through the Swimming NZ Database with entries open from noon 4 Feb to noon 11 Feb. Entry lists will then be sent to School Sports Coordinators for approval.

Division 2 - is for capable swimmer WHO DO NOT compete at Swimming Northland events. Entries via Sport Northland only.

The event is based on a Sprint Carnival.

50m and 100m events are possible in each of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly for all age groups and both genders.

NB: The 100m Butterfly is an Open event.

There are NO relay races.

All competitors will need to be linked to a Swimming Club and this needs to be stated on entry. If a competitor is not currently a member of a club, Swimming Northland will allocate one to that competitor.

Entry is restricted to THREE swimmers per event per school.

Swimmers are restricted to THREE events.

ALL Swimmers are expected to have taken part in their school championships.
