TERM 1 / WEEK 2 NOTICES
Senior Boys Volleyball are training Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after school. Senior Girls Volleyball will train Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after school. Both Sr Competitive Teams are building to compete in the NZSS Satellite Championhsips in Auckland in March.
Specialized Athletics trainings are being held at the following times on the back field: Wednesday lunch - Throwing Events. Friday lunch - Jump Event & Track training. Thursday after school is Specific Event training. We are anticipating a group to compete at the North Island Championships in Papakura at the end of March.
Ki-o-Rahi has had a great turnout of players in the 1st week and we're still looking for interested players to come out and play. Trainings this week are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at lunch.
Waka Ama has a Girls Team in training and are always looking for more students to get involved. The team will be competing in the NZSS Championships in Rotorua during Secondary School Tournament Week in March.
Rugby 7's - Boys and girls wishing to play this year are to register their interest with Matua Tuari - this really needs to be done this week.
Surf School: The 1st Surf School will be held on Sunday 1st March. Get your names urgently to Whaea Lynda in the Library or PE Office. Numbers for this kaupapa are limited and it "sells out quickly"!

Other sports coming up in Term 1 include Futsal, Mountain Biking, Senior Touch, Speed Golf, Bowls Pairs, Golf Croquet, Stand Up Paddleboarding.
