Format: ALL individual athletes are only allowed to enter FOUR events plus the relay. ALL athletes will not be required to have reached qualifying standards. Most importantly, athletes entered should be completely aware of event etiquette and should have been taught and/or coached the correct technique for all events in which they are entered.
