DAY 1:

Let's get started : workbook for 3.9 Bi-variate Data

LEARN:

Listen to Whaea Mina and copy on your own computer.

Open your practice assessment and file make a copy, to save it as your own.
Today we are writing up the PROBLEM

CREATE:

1. Research: What is the CV of a house and start with this as a short paragraph on your test. Write this as your introduction.
2. Now write the problem and the variables and what you think it will show.
3. Now research the following questions:

What factors influence the sale price of a house?

Where is One Tree Hill ? Where is Epsom? Which one is more expensive: One Tree hill or Epsom?

SHARE: Make sure that you do all your work on the google doc, and that you share it with me.

Day 2:

Open your:
assessment doc and the email that Whaea Mina has sent you (with the assessment data)
LEARN:
Open this video of Whaea mIna talking through drawing the 3 graphs. (click on the underlined part to open the video)

CREATE

Now answer yesterdays no.2 and no.3 questions on the research part of the assessment ;

from yesterday:

Now research the following 3 questions:

1. What is the CV of a house? (already done...)

2. What factors influence the sale price of a house?

3. Where is One Tree Hill ? Where is Epsom? Which one is more expensive: One Tree hill or Epsom?

Write two or 3 sentences answering no. 2 and no. 3. Please copy the website where you got your answer from.

DAY 3:

Today we are writing up:

1. Problem (finished from yesterday)

2. Plan

3. Data

4. Analysis

LEARN:

Watch the video of Whaea Mina talking about TARSOG. Open the google slides if you want to .

CREATE:

Now your job is to open your assessment and type up the TARSOG of the graph without the regression line and then the TARSOG on the graph with the regression line.

JOB DONE....WELL DONE!!

Day 4:

Hey guys, you are doing GREAT, I am so proud of you!!

LEARN AND CREATE:

Today our focus is to do 3 things:
1. Write up your plan ... look at the video of me explaining this
2. Write up your residual plot...look at the video of me explaining this
3. Do your research, and write it up under your Research part of your Introduction....look at the video of me explaining this

Day 5:

Today I can sing you a song: You are amazing just the way you are..
We are getting closer and closer to our ACHIEVING 4 credits!! yay...I smell chocolate!!
Our focus today is the regression line (second graph ..the one with the red line)

LEARN AND CREATE:

Whaea Mina talking about sentences to write. ...watch the video and type up your sentences.

If every one finish their report by end of Wednesday we eat pizza on Thursday!!
