Print out (A3 is best!) and put somewhere helpful to you.
Use it alongside the year 11 calendar to unpick how you are going to use your time wisely when preparing for the mocks and exams whilst still giving yourself time for other habits that bring you joy and keep you healthy. Add in your mocks, exams, build up sessions and blaster sessions so you can identify the weeks that are going to feel different and remember to think about the rhythms of your year.
