Thursday 20 August 2025 from 10.00am-11.00am at Bohunt Horsham School in person
If attendance is not possible, pre-arrangement for collection to be made via Mrs James before the end of the summer term
If you feel there has been an error in your grading, there are post results services that request a review of the marking with the exam board. Subject Leaders can help you with this and will be available on results day.
Certificates are sent to schools from late November.
We will invite you to certificate collection in December.
Certificates need to be handed to the child.
GCSE results for Summer 2026 will be available for students to collect on Thursday 20 August 2025 from 10.00am-11.00am at Bohunt Horsham School
Senior members of staff will be available to discuss the results with them on the day and then after the start of term in September.
Students are required to collect their results in person; it is not possible to provide results via email or an alternative representative unless arrangements have been agreed beforehand with Mrs James before the end of the summer term who will provide a permission form
Teaching staff will scrutinise all results and if they feel that any grades are unexpectedly low, your envelope of results will have a sticker on it with a slip to advise which teacher to talk with. Under your permission, we may then consider requesting an enquiry on the result(s) concerned (i.e. a review of marking). In this case we will always seek your permission to submit any requests. Experience lets us know that, it is unusual for marks to change upwards by more than a marginal amount. However, we will review the marks that you have achieved and will advise if we feel there is an anomaly and if the paper should be reviewed. We may not do this without the candidate's permission so please ensure you complete the consent form and make payment if you wish for an enquiry to be made on your behalf by completing the forms within your envelope and returning by the deadline.
Forms and details of services will be provided along with estimated costs on results day.
GCSE Certificates are usually dispatched to schools in the autumn term. To allow enough time for the certificates to be checked and distributed, certificates will be available from late November, under no circumstances will certificates be sent out in the post. Schools are not obliged to retain certificates for more than 12 months, however, we will store students’ certificates for up to 2 years. You will be notified when they are ready for collection. Certificates like results must be collected by the candidate. Summer 2024 certificate collection. Thursday 11th December 2025 4.30-5.30
