What is Zeffy? Why does PTO use this instead of Venmo?
Zeffy is a secure online fundraising platform designed for nonprofit organizations. We use Zeffy because it does not charge the PTO transaction or processing fees, allowing us to receive 100% of your intended donation. Venmo charity profiles currently deduct a fee from each donation.
Zeffy may suggest an optional contribution during checkout, but you can adjust it or select $0.
What if my child misses the day of their Birthday Book month?
If your child misses their scheduled Birthday Book day, they can participate the following month.
How does the Scholastic Book Fair eWallet work?
Scholastic eWallet is a secure, cash-free way for students to shop independently at the Book Fair. Parents can create an eWallet through the school’s Book Fair webpage, add funds with a credit card, and invite friends or family to contribute. Funds are available immediately, and any remaining balance stays in the family’s Scholastic account for future Book Fairs or online purchases.
