KEY INFORMATION FOR WORKSAFE PATIENTS

GENERAL INFORMATION

The following process applies for WorkSafe Victoria patients at Bluff Road and North Road Physiotherapy:

1.  WorkSafe Victoria (WSV) can provide Workers compensation benefits following a workplace related accident. The injured worker will need to complete a Worker's injury claim form and submit it to their employer. The employer then lodges the claim with their insurer/Agent within 10 business days of receiving the claim from the worker.
   
   
   

2.  Once a claim has been accepted, your employer may be responsible for an insurance excess. In such cases, the consultations are paid upfront and reimbursed to you by your employer. Once this excess has been met, the insurer is billed directly.
   
   
   

3.  Bluff Road & North Road Physiotherapy must receive confirmation in writing that this excess has been met prior to billing the insurer directly.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Once your claim is approved and the insurer is billed directly, BRP & NRP charge a co-payment of $30 per consultation. 

This co-payment is the responsibility of the patient.

We encourage you to speak with your employer to determine whether they will pay the co-payment on your behalf.
