Training Services:

Blue Rock Labs offers training of your staff in soils testing methods.  Do you have a new employee that you need to get up to speed quickly or a seasoned employee needing a competency evaluation?  Ms. Adams provides high quality training with hands-on experience in order to get your employee familiar with the test method.  Training can be performed at your laboratory or ours.

Ms. Adams also is well-versed in quality and management system implementation.  She has assisted new laboratories in setting up their quality system in order to obtain accreditation.  Ms. Adams is familiar with the various accreditation agencies’ requirements, and can help your laboratory obtain accreditation by using her extensive knowledge to help you avoid pitfalls that can lead to deficiencies.

Quality Services: Internal Audits

Is your laboratory already established and needs to comply with the internal audit requirement?  Ms. Adams has performed many internal audits during her professional career and can provide your laboratory with an independent audit of your existing quality system.  She can use your internal audit worksheets or she can develop and use worksheets specific for your laboratory.

Quality Services: Resolving Deficiencies

Did your laboratory receive deficiencies from your most recent audit and you don’t have any extra time to give to resolve them?  Ms. Adams can be that extra set of hands to help you get the deficiencies resolved so that you don’t have to stay late at the office and can address the issues in a more expedient manner.
