It's really important that you try and have some normalcy, despite the very strange times we find ourselves in.
You have been recommended to try and keep to your usual school timetables but we appreciate that this is not always possible. Try some of the ideas below:
Start your day or week by setting yourself some mini targets. They don't necessarily have to be detailed or difficult, but you will find it provides you with some focus.
You are more likely to meet your goals/ targets if you create a routine! This could take the form of a formal timetable or doing a certain subject/ topic or activity for a certain period of time.
