Dear Families,

Please click the link below "Family Questionnaire" to fill out our two-page questionnaire that will help the classroom teaching staff better understand your child’s unique personality and family dynamics.  It will be used by teaching staff as a guide to engage with your child to increase communication, social skills and rapport.  You may share as much or as little information as you wish, however the more you share, the easier it will be for our staff to help your child engage in age-appropriate conversations, and understand unique family information that may be helpful as your child transitions to a school setting.

Family Questionnaire 

We will be using the Classroom Dojo app this year.   It is a communication tool used to send and receive messages between parent/teacher in your preferred language, and to share information about our classroom activities.  

There is a “class story” portion of the app in which I will be sharing activities and events that happen during the school year.  The “class story” pictures are visible to the parents of the children in your child’s class only. In order for your child’s picture to be uploaded onto our “class story” you will need to grant permission to share your child’s picture.  

If you choose to NOT grant permission for your child’s picture to be shared on the class story with parents in our class, you may view pictures of your child on your child’s individual story.  The photos posted on your child’s story can only be viewed by YOU.  If you do not want to receive pictures of your child through this app at all, you will still be able to see class stories and view what our class is doing in general during the day.
