Xello is a comprehensive website with grade level appropriate resources for college and career exploration.  Bear Lake students in grades K-12 use Xello as the foundation of the Educational Development Plan (EDP).

Pathfinder uses current labor market, wage and institutional data and metrics to help you create an individualized career roadmap. This free tool provides information to students and their parents to make informed choices about educational and career options.

O Net Online

O*NET OnLine has detailed descriptions of the world of work for use by job seekers, workforce development and HR professionals, students, researchers, and more! 

Big Future

Explore over 900 career profiles to find out what they pay, expected growth, recommended education, and more.  Once ready, students can use Big Future to research colleges to prepare for the careeer profiles of interest.  All research can the recorded and stored in the CollegeBoard / Big Future student account.
