I’ve played basketball my whole life. This is my sixth year coaching and my first year as a head coach. High school sports have always been something I’m passionate about because it’s more than competition, its building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and work ethic - things that stick with you long after the season ends.

For me, coaching isn’t just about making someone a better basketball player. It’s about building character and helping players grow as people.

I hope to continue coaching because I take a lot of pride in seeing the progress of a player.

I expect effort, accountability, respect, and a good attitude from my players. At the end of the day, the wins and losses aren’t what matter most. What matters is the kind of person you are on and off the court. If a player walks away from the season being a better version of themselves than when they started, then as a coaching staff, we’ve done our job.
