Select Band

Select Band meets Thursday Mornings from 7:10am to 7:40am!

Welcome to the BBMS Select Band! The Select Band is an auditioned ensemble comprised of advanced 6th and 7th grade band students who are looking for a challenge above and beyond the regular band curriculum. Auditions are held in the fall and involve performing an excerpt from a Select Band Piece (provided) as well as the perfromance of a Chromatic Scale. Students may also earn admittance into the ensemble by successful completion of all three MS Band Levels. The Select Band meets Thursday mornings at 7:10AM.
