This page will showcase projects from our amazingly creative BBHS students that are fresh out of the Fab Lab.  You can also learn more about what our Fab Lab Facilitator, Mr. Colón, has been up to.

Recently in the Fab Lab...

Michael Berman Annunziata, a rising BBHS Senior, developed some superhero tech in his HS Innovation + Design course.  The Iron Man glove that Michael designed was created using the Fab Lab's Circuit Playground Express microprocessors - an electronics equivalent of a swiss army knife with an array of handy sensors and outputs.  The 'Repulsor Ray' in the glove can be lit up, 'fired' and turned off with simple hand gestures, and includes multi-color LED's and sounds.

The Jellyfish, Blind Brook High School's Robotics team, print & customize specific parts for their robot, Grace.

Mrs. Gasparini's English 9 classes working hard on their Odyssey Projects. Students were encouraged to use the lab to its full capabilities. The end results speak for themselves! Giving students access to the technology they will utilize in their future professional endeavors is what the lab was created for.
