Health Education at Archbishop Blanch provides our students with the knowledge and guidance to support both their physical and mental health development.

Health Education is delivered with the aim of improving our young peoples healthy behaviours and ultimately save lives. Health Education is delivered through the effective teaching of physical health topics such as sleep, first aid, cancer education and diet, as well as aspects of mental health including positive emotional and mental wellbeing, learning when (and how) to get help and tackling stigma. Importantly, it outlines the link between physical and mental health, and how one can impact on the other.
