Addressing the needs of each pupil

At Archbishop Blanch we understand the need to support our students on an individual level. We provide our young people with different careers guidance to meet their needs as they each enter and engage with the different stages of their education.

As we deliver content to our young people we are aware of the need to challenge stereotypical thinking in order to raise our young peoples individual aspirations, embedding equality and diversity throughout their CEIAG learning journey.
