My name is Randi Trausch. I started teaching in Blair in 2009.  I taught 5th grade at Arbor Park for 13 years. This is my 4th year as one of the school counselors at Otte. The goal of our school counseling program is to help our students be the best they can be in the areas of academics, career preparation, and personal and social development. 

About me: 

I live with my husband, Brad, and kids, Lee, Colin, Lane, Whit and Andi in Elkhorn.   In my free time I enjoy watching my kids' sports & activities, reading, watching documentaries, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Education:

I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in December 2008 with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education.  In May 2017, I completed my masters degree in school counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I finished my 2nd masters in Education Leadership in May 2022 also from UNO.
