The Otte Blair Middle School Counseling Program is built upon The American School Counseling Association (ASCA) national comprehensive school counseling model. Our school counseling program uses ASCA Mindsets & Behaviors to assess all students' skills, knowledge, and attitudes that they need to achieve success in the domains of academic, career, and social/emotional development.
