Stay Safe!

  • Wash hands often for 20 sec. (Soap and Water or Hand Sanitizer)

  • Avoid touching your face

  • Cough and sneeze into elbow

  • Stay home if sick

  • Avoid groups of 10+ if possible

Emotional Well-Being

  • Keep a routine (No different than normal school day)

  • Stay active (Outside exercise when possible, inside workouts/yoga)

  • Unwind at end of the day (Netflix, gaming, FaceTime friends, read, listen to music, mediate)
