A Coach, Senior Service Designer and Chartered Accountant with 10 years of advisory experience.

I specialise in combining business strategy and empathy with users to create innovative solutions, including new business models and services.

By focusing on the right user problem, I help my clients out-compete, creating unique and exciting solutions.
