Labs :

It is imperative for BLISS International School to have the latest and high quality science lab supplies. To understand scientific concepts, one has to look beyond conventional teaching methods. We believe that effective teaching and learning of science involves seeing, handling, and manipulating real objects and materials.

The science lab equipment allows students to get a first-hand learning experience by performing various experiments independently. Students are encouraged to experiment with different models, and understand different scientific theories and concepts. There are several scientific theories and concepts that are difficult to understand from printed material alone. Anatomy models, physics science kits, and chemistry science kits make it easy to understand complex scientific theories.

By being equipped with the latest and advanced materials and supplies, BLISS International School is able to contribute a lot in the scientific advances yet to come. When students carry out different experiments and make notes based on observations, their reasoning skills are honed, and they start thinking deeply about theories and concepts.

Healthcare :

Edify International School has a well-equipped infirmary that provides first aid to the students, under the supervision of a full-time nurse. The basic physical development of every student is checked and reported periodically by the school nurse in collaboration with a qualified doctor. The school nurse also educates the school community about health through school projects and the school newsletter. The infirmary has high quality first aid equipment as well as beds and washing/shower facilities. BLISS International Schools is attached to the best hospitals in the city and has a 24-hour ambulance service to cater to any emergencies.

Transport :

The school offers temperature controlled transport facilities for its students. The speed limits of the buses are fixed for the purpose of safety. The bus also has monitors which show case Educational videos. Each bus has a bus attendant and a teacher travelling along with the students.

Catering :

The catering programme at Edify International School plays a key role in supporting the nutrition and health of the children by providing nutritionally balanced meals each day of the school. While school meals must meet our high standards, advances have been made in dietary guidance. The food committee set up at BLISS International School provides recommendations to revise standards and requirements so that the meals are both healthy and appealing to the children.
