Tennis Green Group

Year Group: Year 4-7

Time: 12:00 - 12:30
Cost: Tennis Fees, 100 SAR/session

Having played for 2 or more years and have had external coaching in tennis or a number of other sports. This is preparation for yellow ball which is senior tennis.

Tennis Yellow Group

Year Group: Year 7-13

Time: 11:00- 12:00
Cost: Tennis Fees, 100 SAR/session

Yellow tennis is aimed at those that have been playing for a 3-6 years. Players may be various abilities but groups will be selected so that players are well matched. All players will know how to serve, return, rally, and play at the net. Academy players will want to play competitively and encouraged to take part in at least 4 tournaments per year. Players will be encouraged to take part in two camps per year which aim to focus on performance in the four main areas: technical/tactical, mental, social and physical.
