Students will design and build the house of their dreams with their own hands by following actual engineering practices and construction processes: from designing the house to, pouring cement, building masonry walls, painting, and more. Throughout this process, students apply most of the theoretical scientific learnings learned in class.
Students will develop competencies such as intellectual skills, cognitive strategies, communication, motor skills, and attitude, which will be beneficial to their future endeavors.
One of the unique features of the Bildits program is that the houses built during the workshop become the property of the students. They can take their creations home, unlike most other STEM education solutions.
