We will be taking pictures tomorrow starting at 3:45 at Riverwood. It is imperative that you get down there as soon as possible. If this means you need to get out of school early, please email me today and I will try to email teachers. You should also go see them earlier in the day to ask if it is possible.
We do have some tee times and others will be working on short game.

Week 5/16-5/20
Monday - All players at Tom O'Leary 3:45-5:15 MEET AT PRACTICE AREA ON N. GRIFFIN ST.
We will be taking a player survey at 3:45 with half the players (lower 24) going out to play 4-5 holes. (You may play all 9 if you would like)
Varsity/JV 1-20 will be at practice hole off of #5. Everyone meet at the practice area on N. Griffin St
Tuesday - Tournament at Riverwood (10 players)
Wednesday - We will all be at Tom O'Leary today. We will have 13 players in a playoff on the course, the remaining players not listed below will be at the practice hole off of N Griffin St and W Ave F.
We will be practicing from 4:00-5:15 on the practice hole.
These 13 individuals will be in a 9-hole playoff for the last 4 spots going to Jamestown (8players) on Friday. This will also be a factor in who will be traveling to Fox Hills (10 players) on Monday.

Thursday - JV2 players will be at the mini links at Tom O'Leary from 4:00-5:15. You may get tee times after practice if you would like to play a few holes. The 4 varsity players and 13 players will be meeting at Prairie West @ 4:15. We will be putting for an hour.
Friday - Tournament at Jamestown (10 players)
Week 5/9-5/13
Mon - Lower JV 4:00-5:15 @ Pebble Creek. Weather permitting we will be outside. If not, we will be inside from 4:00-5:00pm.
Varsity - These 8 players will be playing today. Tee times are at 6:15 and 6:22, please be there by 5:45. If weather does not allow play, we would like to putt and chip around 6:30 for half an hour.
Tues - Tournament @ Prairie West 10 am starting time (10 players)
These 10 players will be excused from all classes tomorrow. Please plan accordingly with your classes. Neigum, Klein, Souther, Miller, J. Will, Wetzel, Brenden, Sampson, Schultz, Westgard.
Lower JV - @ Pebble Creek Tee times starting at 4:00pm. We have 5 times so we are able to have 20 players playing 9 holes.
Wed - We will be at Pebble Creek. If you played golf Tuesday at Pebble or Prairie West, you will be at the practice facility from 4:00-5:15. If you would like to play some holes after, Riverwood or Tom O'Leary should be able to accommodate you after 6:00. (Please call the course if you wish to play)

Let's have a quick meeting right after school in B109 to go over a few items for the weekend and as we get into tournaments.
A few did talk to me already about tee times they have. The meeting will only last about a half-hour and then you are able to go practice or play where you would like.

5/4/22 - Practice Schedule this week
Today - Top Varsity/JV players will be at Riverwood starting at 6 pm.
We will be playing a few holes until about 7:30

Week 7 - (5/24-5/28)

Rest of the players can get tee times or putt and chip with Coach Gandy 4:00 @ Pebble Creek
Tuesday - Entire team is at Pebble Creek
Practice from 4:00-4:45 (Due to wind) Players may hit range balls after with partner if they choose or go play.
Wednesday - We will have top 14 at Riverwood to putt, chip, and use the driving range. 4:00-5:30.

Week 3 (4/26-5/1) *Reminder, schedule could change. Check Google classroom and be watching for updates and announcements.
Monday - All players will be at Pebble Creek from 4:45-6:00 pm. We will be using the practice area outside working mainly on putting and chipping for JV2. Varsity and JV will be hitting range and putting/chipping. If weather does not cooperate we will not have practice.
Tuesday - #13-32 players will be at Pebble Creek with Coach Schultz and Gandy. #13-24 will be playing 9 holes. #25-32 will be on range/green 4:00-5:00 Top #1-12 guys will hopefully be playing at Prairie West perhaps later in the day. (PW not open Sunday to get tee times) - If no times available we'll be using practice area chipping green. (4:30-5:30)
Wednesday - Top 16 players will be at Riverwood. (Zainhofsky/Schultz) All other players will not have official practice. You may try to get later on tee times for Pebble, Tom O, or practice.
Thursday - Top 6 or 7 players will be at Hawktree with Coach Zainhofsky. Playing 9 holes - may play more holes if you wish if weather, light, and or course allows. Schultz and Gandy will have remaining players at Tom O'Leary on the mini links. (4:15-5:30)
Friday and Saturday - Top 10 will travel to Minot Friday, 6 varsity will travel to Dunseith to play Sat. Stay overnight in Bottineau. As of now there will not be practice for JV players. (You may make your own tee times at places since all teams will be traveling)
The coaches have grouped individuals into smaller groups according to scores, attitudes, and overall experience, to better organize practices. We will post or state in practice which individuals will be where and when.

Thursday 4/22 - All players will be at Tom O'Leary. Please be there by 4:00. We will practice until about 5:30.
Friday 4/23 - no practice, top 6 will be traveling to Jamestown for Friday/Saturday tournament.
Wednesday 4/21 - Top 9-12 boys will be playing at Riverwood starting shortly after 4:00. I will tell who is playing during today's practice. If you were not part of the tournament on Saturday you will not be practicing.
Tuesday 4/20 - We will be at Pebble Creek outside using the practice area. Practice will be from 4:00-5:30 unless temps shut us down at 5:00. Dress Warm!!! We will be inside now due to the weather (4:15-5:15)
*Tournament has been postponed for Tuesday, but has been rescheduled for May 7th in Dickinson.
Monday - 4/19 UPDATE - DRESS WARM!!! Players will still be playing outside, but time will be reduced down to one hour. At 4:45, if you wish to walk in and stop that will be fine. If you continue on, understand that practice has ended but that you still represent our school just like anytime you are out on the course or practice facility during the season. (Tee times start at 3:53.)
The rest of the players will be down at the mini links and also the putting green at All Seasons Arena. DRESS WARM!!! We will practice from 4:00-5:00 today.
Good job to all players on Saturday! We did a great job with sportsmanship and representing our school...we do have a lot of work to do to get where we should be at this season but there is time! See you guys tomorrow.
