Employer Testimonials - More Coming Soon!
The Bismarck Public Schools (BPS) Work-Based Learning (WBL) Program has been a valuable experience among new hires. Many of our new hires have come through the BPS WBL Program and we have seen a dramatic improvement in how well students are prepared in career ready skills and overall competencies. We find that students who have completed this program require significantly less training in the onboarding process. Seeing the BPS WBL Program on a resume really gets our attention.
