We are happy to offer you a wonderful opportunity to volunteer at our second annual STEAMFest on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. The event will be held at Cedar Creek High School from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We expect the building to be full because not many people would dare miss such an event! We are hosting this event for students, teachers, district leaders, influencers, and the tech community with the opportunity to learn from and alongside other students, as they explore a myriad of STEAM projects showcasing apps, the web, and computing devices. 

Internal Volunteers

All BISD Staff are invited to join the event as volunteers! If you are a campus-based staff, consider joining the event as the Campus Sponsor to support your students at STEAMFest. If you are unable to attend the full event or for non-campus-based staff, please fill out the volunteer form below, and a STEAMFest reprentative will connect with you!

External volunteers not currently employed with BISD are also invited to participate! If you are a parent of a BISD student, we recommend contacting your student's campus to find out how you might support their participation through volunteering or chaperoning. All volunteers must be registered in the Voly system in order to volunteer at the event.
