Attending ACC After Graduation
1. I want to attend ACC after I graduate high school (summer or fall/spring semesters). What do I need to do?
After spring break, your student account gets converted from "DUAL" to "TRAD" (traditional), in preparation for your transition from a high school, dual-credit student to an adult, traditional student. As dual credit students, you got to skip a lot of enrollment paperwork because of your connection with a high school. You also need to show that you graduated high school.
You'll have to: Submit a residency form, submit your meningitis records, submit your hs transcrip, and meet with an advisor.
Here is a link with the required documents and clickable links to help you clear up this hold.

2. What is ACC Reverse Transfer?
If you transfer to a university before graduating from ACC, you can still earn your associate degree through reverse transfer. This process recognizes your accomplishments and awards you the important credential you deserve.
How does it work?
Give your university consent to release your transcript to ACC. This is an option on the Apply Texas admission application, which is used for all public universities as well as some private institutions. (If you’re not sure you consented or you already graduated with a bachelor’s degree, contact your university registrar’s office.) At the end of each semester, universities automatically send ACC a list of students who may qualify for an associate degree and approved sharing their transcripts. ACC evaluates those students’ transcripts. You will be notified if you have earned an associate degree.
Am I eligible?
You are eligible for reverse transfer if:
You earned at least 30 credits from ACC.
You transferred from ACC to a four-year college or
university.
You’ve earned at least 60 credits total, including
coursework completed at your university.

I'm happy to help with this but:
TCCNS - the Texas Common Course Numbering System allows you to compare institutions to determine the equivalency at ACC
