_____ Athlete Pre-physical form

____ Pay Returning Athlete/New Athlete Fees – Deadline is September 21st

____ Attend both the safety training and range training

____ Parents/Students - Sports You access code V928-WL92 for reminders/info by Parent Board

____ Students - Sports You access code WXKX-QH5R for reminders/info by Student Board

____ Wear I.D. badge to all practices at Arlington Sportsman’s Club

____ Bring punch card to all SCTT practices (or bring $ for range fees if punch card is missing or full)
