Sign and Turn in Athlete Registration Packet – Deadline is October 2nd

_____ SCTP Medical Consent

_____ SCTT Lettering Requirements

_____ Athlete Pre-physical form

____ Pay Returning Athlete/New Athlete Fees – Deadline is October 2^nd

____ Attend both the safety training and range training

____ Parents/Students - Text @sctt-all to 810-10 for reminders/info by Parent Board

____ Students - Text @******* to 810-10 for reminders/info by Student Board

____ Wear I.D. badge to all practices at Arlington Sportsman’s Club

____ Bring punch card to all SCTT practices (or bring $ for range fees if punch card is missing or full)
