Thinking Allowed (BBC Radio 4): While not exclusively Religious Studies, this often features discussions on the sociology of religion, ethics, and contemporary religious issues, offering broader context.
Philosophize This!: Covers the history of philosophy in a clear, digestible format. Excellent for building general philosophical literacy, which is crucial for the Philosophy of Religion component.
