From 8 AM till 9 AM we have physical training & raider practice where we have a brief warm-up followed by physical exercise, which is followed by a cool-down.
From 9 AM till 10 AM we have Color Guard practice where cadets learn the basics of rifle commands and flag commands, how to present the colors for ceremonies, as well as how to perform for competition
From 10 AM to 11 AM we have Unarmed Drill practice where cadets learn basic marching commands, and as they progress in their knowledge they learn more complex movements. In addition, we have Unarmed Exhibition practice where cadets learn how to perfrom as part of a quasi-step team.
From 11 AM to 12 PM we have Marksmanship practice. For the first week, our instructor Major (MAJ) Daniel teaches a safety course on how to properly operate our air rifles and other safety information, and at the conclusion of this safety course everyone has to take a safety exam, which they have to pass with 100% of the questions correct. After this, cadets learn the basics of Marksmanship, and afterwards they learn the shooting positions.
