New Hire Access in eduphoria!
Campus Principals: Do you want your new hires to attend summer professional learning sessions? Great! We do, too! Simply email sarah.upchurch@birdvilleschools.net with the name of your new hire and the session(s) you want him/her to attend. CPI sessions have work that must be completed prior to the start of the class--not all new hires will be able to go to those sessions.
Once new hires have their district email set up, they should register for sessions themselves. When new hires go through their on-boarding day, they will get a district laptop and their BISD credentials (username and password). They will receive instructions on how to access their email at that time.
New Hires: Once you have your district login credentials, click here for help Getting started in eduphoria! You must establish your Eduphoria profile before you can start registering for sessions. Establishing your profile is easy-peasy. Click Getting started in eduphoria! above for the how-tos.

If you are new to the district you may or may not have had the ability to sign-up/register for a professional learning session you wanted to attend. In most cases - that's totally fine. We want you to get as much learning in over the summer as you can handle. We also want you to get credits for the professional learning you attend. We ask that when you sign-in on the summer sign-in sheets, please write "new hire" next to your name. That will help us catch your name and give you the learning credits after-the-fact if need be.
