Making sure you are on the correct version
Before we get started let's make sure your BioTrackTHC system is running the latest version
LATEST PUERTO RICO VERSION
v.537 or Above

Follow these steps to check your BiotrackTHC Version
Login to the system, then go to:
Help > About
Check the version on the top left corner BiotrackTHC NTEP CC V (579.x.xxxx.xxxxx) as seen below.
Anything above 537 is ok, but If you are running a version below 537 please contact our Technical Support Department or Submit a Ticket.
