Why it happens?
This error occurs when either you state settings email or password is incorrect. When this error occurs you will received the following error upon login into the system, however it will still allow you to get into your BiotrackTHC system, but you won't be able to complete any actions that require an API call to PRDOH.
Login to the system, then go to
Administration > State Monitoring > Settings
Ensure you email and password are correct
Once you are there, first make sure you have access to the email, as the password reset link will be sent there then follow the steps below to create the new password:
Step 1 - Go to cannabispr.biotrackthc.net
Step 2 - Click on "Permittee Login"
Step 3 - Click on "Forgot your password?"
Step 4 - Enter the email under
Step 5 - Enter the UBI #
Step 6 - Click "Reset Now"
Step 7 - Create new password - You will receive an email with a link from where you will be able to reset that password
Step 8 - Re-establish connection from your Biotrack System to PRDOH - Enter the new password in the password seccion under Administration > State Monitoring > Setting
Step 9 - Click "OK"
Step 10 - Click "Yes"
