I’m Kelcie, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2017 and hold dual licensure as an LCSW in Colorado and LISW in Iowa.
Before entering private practice, I worked closely with individuals and families experiencing chronic illness, supporting them through the emotional, relational, and practical challenges that often accompany long-term health conditions. That experience deepened my understanding of resilience, caregiving stress, grief, uncertainty, and the importance of compassionate support during difficult transitions.
Athletics and movement have also played an important role throughout my life and continue to shape my perspective on resilience, discipline, recovery, and personal growth. I currently serve as a USA Team Member in kettlebell sport for the International Kettlebell Marathon Federation, an experience that reinforces my appreciation for the connection between physical and mental strength.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, chronic illness, mental blocks, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck, my goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and confidence in moving forward. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence
My approach is grounded, collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe emotional well-being is deeply connected to both the mind and body, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are — it’s about helping you better understand yourself and create the life you want to live.
