Zoelisya, age 10, P.S. 142 Amalia Castro, made a trap out of “a plastic tin, vinegar, sugar, water, and saran wrap.”
“My mom and I were aiming for flies cause we have seen have a lot of those. Although the trap didn't actually catch any, it seemed to repel the flies. The smell went around the air almost and they didn't want to come in.” 👍

“You need a plastic cup that's enough to use a needle to make holes in the bottom, a cover against rain, and a few small stones and make small holes in the bottom!” Awesome job! 🍃
