First-principle methods and code development
This tutorial serves as an excellent starting point for researchers interested in the theory of high-harmonic generation, addressing gauge choices for structure and couplings, semiclassical perspectives, macroscopic considerations.
L. Yue* and M. B. Gaarde*, Journal of the Optical Society of America B 39, 535 (2022)
This work presents an efficient method for extracting differential photo-electron and nuclear fragmentation spectra from numerical solutions of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation. For typical simulation parameters, this approach reduces computational time by a factor of 100 to 1000 compared to standard methods.
