Come discuss and get an introduction to project management. Increasingly, funding opportunities require applicants to submit a project plan of some kind along with their proposal. These plans can take many forms but often contain the same basic information or sections. Talk through a sample project management plan template and the best practices for filling it out. 

As a bonus we will also be covering file management, file naming and data management best practices (very exciting!).
