This session will introduce participants to creating an online exhibit using Omeka S, including an overview of what Omeka S is, how to add items for an exhibit, how to create exhibit pages, and how to add metadata.

Instructions for creating your Omeka S account [web-based, no installation necessary]

• You will receive an email from dscenter@binghamton.edu (if not in your binghamton.edu inbox, check your spam folder)

• Follow the instructions on the email to create your password

• Once logged in, you should see our tutorial sandbox site available

*note - you will not receive an email if you already have an Omeka S account. If you already have an account, go to the log-in page and sign in or select forgot password and go through the reset password steps.
